Move crowds through the gate in seconds — face recognition and NFC or proximity wristbands wired straight to turnstiles, flap and boom barriers, with re-entry, VIP zones and live headcount.
The challenge
How Cams solves it
Guests tap an NFC or proximity wristband — or show their face — at a Cams terminal wired to the turnstile, flap or boom barrier. The Access-Control API authenticates the credential, checks the ticket or zone entitlement, and triggers the barrier in well under a second. Wristbands bind to a guest at registration or top-up, so re-entry and VIP zones are enforced automatically, and every gate event streams live to your ticketing or guest platform over the Web API, Hybrid Push or MQTT. Offline-tolerant edge engines keep the gates moving even when the network drops.

FAQ
Yes. A wristband (NFC or proximity / RFID) is read at a Cams terminal wired to the turnstile or barrier; the API verifies it and opens the gate. The same gate also accepts face recognition, so you can mix credentials per zone.
Yes. After a credential is verified, the Access-Control API triggers the connected actuator — tripod turnstile, flap barrier, swing barrier, boom barrier or door relay — in real time.
Each wristband or face binds to a guest and their ticket tier, so re-entry is recognised and VIP / zone access is enforced automatically at the relevant gates.
Offline-tolerant edge engines keep authenticating and opening the barrier locally, then sync the events to your platform when connectivity returns.
Yes — entry and exit events stream over Callback (webhooks), Hybrid Push or MQTT, so your ticketing or guest-management system sees a live, per-gate headcount.
