The API Monitor is the partner and customer portal for everything that happens after a device is connected. Configure the Callback URL, security key, and AuthToken per device; watch punches stream in live; bulk-manage users; and handle billing, renewals, and ERP/HRMS integrations from one dashboard.
Overview
Provided as a login after purchasing Cams biometric services, the API Monitor lets you configure per-device settings (Callback URL, AES-256 security key, AuthToken) and monitor real-time attendance as it transfers from device to your server. It supports bulk user upload via Excel, user deletion, resend of attendance, and other device monitoring. As the partner portal it also covers device lifecycle, invoicing and payment collection, subscription renewals and expiry reminders, and CRM/ERP/HRMS sync (Zoho, Greythr). It hosts product-layer features such as Web Fingerprint Attendance and Web Face Attendance.
